COMMUNICATION AND EVENTS TEAM 






Are you passionate about communications? Would you like to work for an independent think tank that provides thought leadership across many policy areas in the heart of Europe?

We are looking for collaborative and flexible communications professionals to join our growing Communications and Events Team (C&E) in the following areas:

- Publications Management & Editing

- Media & Press relations

- General Communications support (including publishing, website updates, social media, database management, media monitoring, and more)

What we’re looking for

The successful candidate(s) will be a teamplayer with solid experience in their area of xpertise, strong political communications instincts, and an interest in EU affairs.

Experience requirements

-Senior roles: 5–6 years of professional experience (excluding internships)

-Junior roles: 2–3 years of professional experience (excluding internships)

-Assistant role: Open to ambitious new graduates or those seeking a second internship

Please note: these roles are focused on communications and should not be considered a pathway to research positions within the EPC.

Skills and Attributes

- Native or excellent level of English,with strong eye for detail

- Adaptability, initiative and curiosity

- A collaborative and enthusiastic

- Strong interest in European and global current affairs

- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign), CMS platforms, or a willingness to learn - Alignment with EPC Values and commitment to the well-being of the organisation

- Knowledge of the use of AI tools used in communications would be an added advantage
