The Multiannual Financial Framework and National Energy and Climate Plans

The project aimed to propose concrete ways to link the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2021-2027 and the National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) introduced by the Governance of the Energy Union Regulation, by elaborating proposals on mechanisms to ensure that the MFF rewards and incentivises bolder and more effective policies towards climate mitigation and decarbonisation. Two publications were produced.
