Romil Kolesnyk
Programme Assistant
Romil Kolesnyk is a Programme Assistant within Europe in the World programme at the European Policy Centre (EPC).
Working in Ukraine, Slovakia, Italy and Belgium he has a diverse international background. Before transitioning into his current role, he gained experience as an International Sales Manager, where he developed analytical and negotiation skills to navigate business environments. He also worked as an Interpreter and Personnel Manager, where he built strong teams and improved his ability to facilitate tactful and effective communication.
Romil holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Ghent, where he developed a strong foundation in research and strategic analysis. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Trenčín University in Slovakia, with a year spent as an exchange student at the University of Bologna in Italy, further enriching his academic and cultural insights. His solid educational background and international work experience equip him with the analytical rigor and communication skills essential for his role.
