Perle Petit

Policy Analyst

Perle joined the EPC in May 2021 as part of the project on the Conference on the Future of Europe.

She studied a BA (Hons) at the University of Cambridge (Queens’ College), before studying a MSc in Political Science (International Relations) at the University of Amsterdam. Her research focus is on democratic backsliding and levels of human rights across the world. During her MSc, she researched electoral practices in South-East Asian states, particularly in terms of freedom of the media and freedom of speech.

Before joining the EPC, Perle worked as a consultant for several UN institutions, including UNESCO and the UNDP.
