With the digital environment evolving rapidly, the EU needs to seriously consider digital technologies as a key factor in driving economic growth and creating jobs, heard participants in this Policy Dialogue with Vint Cerf, Vice-President and Chief Internet Evangelist at Google, Pearse O'Donohue, Deputy Head of Cabinet of European Commission Vice-President and European Digital Agenda Commissioner Neelie Kroes, and James Waterworth, Vice-President Europe of the Computer and Communications Industry Association.
