This online Digital Clearinghouse Policy Dialogue, which will bring together speakers from the EU and the US, as well as interested stakeholders,  to compare current approaches to merger policy in their respective jurisdictions and discuss the legislative initiatives aimed at adapting merger policy for the digital era. The discussion will also focus on the additional outstanding issue of whether and how privacy considerations should be integrated into merger analysis.

 
The Digital Clearinghouse Project is organised by the University of Namur, the University of Tilburg and the European Policy Centre with the support of the Open Society Foundations, Omidyar Network
and the King Baudouin Foundation. The event is held under the auspices of the EPC Europe’s Political Economy Programme.
