Xheimina Dervishi
Junior Policy Analyst
Xheimina Dervishi is a Junior Policy Analyst in the Social Europe and Well-being Programme at the European Policy Centre (EPC). Her work focuses on Social Europe, housing policy, labour rights and sustainable development.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policies, specialising in Welfare and Sustainable Development, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the Università degli Studi di Milano. As part of her studies, she spent the final semester of her undergraduate programme at the Université Libre de Bruxelles through the Erasmus+ programme.

Before joining EPC, Xheimina worked at the Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, a leading Italian cultural foundation, as part of the Institutional Development team, where she contributed to research and engagement strategies.

In addition to her policy work, she has been involved in academic research on urban development and gentrification as a Research Assistant at Università Cattolica, analysing the socio-economic impacts of urban transformation.
