Marianna Gorgerino is a Junior Policy Analyst within the European Migration and Diversity Programme at the European Policy Centre.
Marianna works on EU migration and integration policies, with particular experience in analysing integration frameworks, policy indicators, and human rights safeguards. Prior to joining the European Policy Centre, she conducted comparative research on integration policies at the Migration Policy Group, contributing to flagship datasets and reports including MIPEX and policy indices on return and political participation. She also worked with the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre on labour mobility and skills matching for migrants.
Marianna holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Florence, with a specialisation in migrants’ access to healthcare, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Turin.
