Manveer Sandhu is an Operations Assistant at the European Policy Centre (EPC), where he supports organisational effectiveness.
Prior to joining the EPC, he worked across international networks and youth-led organisations, contributing to advocacy, training, and outreach on youth engagement, child protection, and gender transformation. Earlier in his career, he practised law in India, strengthening his understanding of legal and policy frameworks. At UNICEF, he supported advocacy efforts, worked with civil society partners, and contributed to monitoring and evaluation processes. He also developed digital literacy materials on child abuse, delivered training sessions, and supported coordination with government and civil society stakeholders.
Manveer is particularly interested in inclusive policy approaches, focusing on youth participation, social justice, and protecting vulnerable groups. He is committed to evidence-based policymaking and impactful programme delivery.
