The EPC is delighted to announce the appointment of David O’Sullivan, as the new Chairman of the Governing Board.
A former EU Ambassador to the United States (2014-2019), David has had a distinguished career as a European civil servant, having previously served in the European External Action Service as the first Chief Operating Officer (2010-2013) and having held a number of senior posts in the European Commission, including as Secretary-General (2000-2005), Head of Cabinet of Commission of President Romano Prodi (1999-2000), and Director General for Trade (2005-2010).
Most recently, he was a Special Adviser to the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, for EU-US relations.
