Simona Guagliardo is Junior Policy Analyst in the Social Europe and Well-being Programm.

Prior to joining EPC in September 2017, she has worked with Burson-Marsteller Brussels in its Health and Food practice and she has been a Robert Schuman graduate trainee at the European Parliament, DG for Parliamentary Research Services. She has also worked as healthcare management consultant in a private hospital in Italy. She was previously a MAE-CRUI Programme trainee at the Permanent Representation of Italy to the OECD and a volunteer of the Italian International Volunteers Programme in Alexandria, Egypt.

She holds a B.A. in Political Sciences and International Relations and an M.A. in European Studies both from the University of Palermo and a Postgraduate Degree in Diplomatic Studies from the Italian Society for International Organisation in Rome (SIOI) as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Health Management and Public Policies. She also holds an M.Sc. in European Politics and Policies from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven).
