Robin Huguenot-Noël is a Policy Analyst on the Sustainable Prosperity for Europe Programme. His research concentrates on EU economic governance, innovation and trade policies, as well as the EU-UK relationship post-referendum.
Before joining the EPC, Robin worked as Policy Adviser on economic and financial issues in the UK Treasury, the European Commission (as National Expert seconded to VP Katainen’s cabinet), and the French Assemblée Nationale. He previously also spent one year as teaching assistant in the United States in the framework of the Fulbright scholarship programme.
Robin graduated from the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw), where he focused on Poland and Latvia’s strategies towards Euro-adoption. He holds a double-degree in International Relations from the University of Münster, Germany and Sciences Po Lille, France. He also studied Economics at the University of Birkbeck – London and Philosophy at Paris X Nanterre (distance-teaching).
