China and Europe as strategic partners - Perceptions and perspectives

In the first Annual Stanley Crossick Lecture, the Ambassador of the Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the European Union, His Excellency Song Zhe provided a perspective of EU-China relations in recent years. China-EU cooperation is strategic, stable, mutually beneficial, and constantly growing, demonstrating robust vitality and ever-strengthening global significance. Focusing on the challenges, the Ambassador said that the fundamental and most demanding is to build objective, correct, and reasonable perceptions about each other, and elaborated on questions that bear most on China-EU relations.
