In line with the Belgian national security council’s guidelines that were announced yesterday evening, the European Policy Centre is taking measures to ensure the health and safety of our team members and help limit the spread of COVID-19.

The EPC will remain open and will continue to provide high-quality analysis on European affairs to our members, partners, the press and the wider public. How we will share and deliver that analysis, however, will change.

For the time being, there will be no events involving a physical audience until further notice. Smaller, non-essential meetings will either be postponed to a later date or held remotely. When possible, we will organise Policy Briefings and Dialogues online. And you can still expect to regularly receive EPC publications in your inbox.

Our analysts are being encouraged to work from home, but are ready to share their expertise upon request.

For all journalists, the easiest way to reach us is through our Head of Communications, Rebecca Castermans (+32 494 91 45 97 | r.castermans@epc.eu), who will put you in touch with the relevant expert.

These measures will take effect as of today 13 March.

We will re-evaluate our approach as the situation develops and communicate any change or update immediately. In the meantime, we hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.

Thank you for your understanding and continuing support.

Fabian Zuleeg

Chief Executive
